Here at Freeburning we try our best to get you your shipment as efficiently as possible. Please refer to the following guidelines before calling us up about your shipment. You can practice learning your numbers in Japanese at the same time:

6 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT HOW WE FULFILL ORDERS


1 Ichi: (FROM YOUR PC TO OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT)
We pull and ship your order as soon as it is placed and received. Usually it will be shipped the same day you order it (We ship Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday we pull and box orders and ship on Monday). In today by 1pm...out today by 4pm. Sometimes we can make a 6pm drop ship but we have to have alot of stuff to make that special run.

During the holidays or slow times, we make that 6pm run. If you have to have it go out today, please specify. We have a $5 rush handling fee. Once it leaves our shipping department, it is up to UPS or US Mail to get it to you under the required time. Generally it takes 1-2 days inside California, 3-4 from Southwest to Midwest, and 4-5 days to the East Coast. We have a link to UPS and US Mail for you to track your shipment as it leaves here, please refer to the links page for them.

 


2 Ni : (NEED A TRACKING NUMBER? CALL OR E-MAIL ON THE 2ND DAY)
If you received your order confirmation e-mail from us, you can call or e-mail us to obtain the tracking number. Hopefully we will have our UPS set up soon so you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves here. As of 11/30/03 we can't do it yet. Make sure your email, phone, and any contact info is updated and correct or you will have problems tracking your shipment with us.

3 San : (WHEN CAN I CALL YOU FOR TECH SUPPORT?) We are in 7 days, 9am-7pm Pacific California Time. Saturdays we are in and working for you, but not sending shipments out. We are in on Sunday, but are taking it at a slower pace because we have to hit the week with 100% energy. If we aren't picking up the line, take the 2 minutes and leave a message. We'll call you back as soon as we get a minute.

4 Shi : (CARD VERIFICATION) All purchases might need to be verified by phone and email in order for us to ship your order. Make sure to have all the correct info including billing address, shipping address, and phone number. The card holder will have to verify the transaction on the phone.

5 Go : (PROBLEMS) If you have a problem with your shipment when it arrives, please read our RETURN & CREDIT GUIDELINES.

6 Roku : When referring to your order, please have your COMPLETE order number and credit card ready.
