QUESTIONS
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
UPS Ground, UPS Overnight, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 day.
PO BOXES MUST SELECT US MAIL. If you are using US mail, the shipping charges
will be added to your credit card after you place the order (In the shopping
cart, your shipping will read $0). For US MAIL, we charge you what the post
office charges us for priority mail plus $2-$3 for handling and box costs.
HOW
LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE YOU SHIP MY ORDER / HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders take 1-5 business days (M-F) to process before they are shipped,
regardless of which shipping option you have chosen. So please add these
processing days IN ADDITION to the following shipping options.
1) UPS Ground delivery time varies based upon where you live.
East Coast: 1-3 days
Midwest: 2-4 days
West Coast: 4-7 days
2) UPS 3 Day Select: Usually delivered in 3 days but it is not guaranteed.
3) UPS 2nd Day: Guaranteed delivery in 2 days
4) UPS Next Day: Guaranteed delivery the next day.
5) US Mail (PO Boxes Only): 2-4 days.

WHY DON'T I HAVE MY PACKAGE YET?
It takes 1-5 days to process an order. This processing time is completely
separate from the UPS options. Please add processing time to all shipping
options. therefore...when you will get your package = processing time
(1-5 days) + ups shipping time.
HOW
MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of what you order. The weight of your
order will be displayed on your order form in the shopping cart. You can
also refer to the following chart to calculate an approximate weight of
your package:
One record= 0.7 pounds
One video= 0.7 pounds
Three cds= 1.0 pound
Four cassettes= 1.0 pound
Mixers= 12 pounds
Turntables= 24-32 pounds
UPS: You can find out how much the shipping will be simply by choosing
different options in the shopping cart and looking at your total. Or,
you may calculate your shipping by going to the UPS website at www.ups.com
US MAIL: Although the shopping cart shows the price at zero, you will
be charged shipping after you place your order. To estimate your rate,
look at the weight of your package, it is at the bottom of your completed
order. Then, go to http://postcalc.usps.gov/ and enter in your information.
Always round the weight up to the next whole pound to allow for box weight.
All orders are sent priority mail.
WHERE
IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
If you have received your order confirmation e-mail but not your tracking
number, it means we have received your order but it has not yet been sent.
The minute your order is shipped, UPS automatically e-mails you your tracking
number. This is why it is extra important for you to make sure you have
put your correct e-mail address on your order. PLEASE WAIT AT LEAST 5
BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.
WHAT
IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN UPS ATTEMPTS DELIVERY?
If UPS determines that it is not safe for them to leave the package for
you, they will leave you a note saying that they attempted delivery. They
will do this three times before returning the package to us. On that note
they leave you, there will be a phone number for you to call. Most centers
are open until 7pm. You can call to request another delivery attempt or
you can go to the center yourself to pick it up. Alternately, you can
have the order shipped to an address you know you will be at during the
day. If for some reason UPS returns your package to us, you will be charged
again for us to reship it to you.
CAN
I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN MY BILLING
ADDRESS?
Yes. But you MUST give us the correct billing address for verification
and you MUST give us the phone number your credit card has listed on your
account.

CASE OF A MISTAKE BY US MAIL, HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A RESHIP?
For mis-shipments and delays caused by the US Mail System we must wait
2 months before we resending/refunding a shipment.

WHAT
TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Wire Transfers, Money Orders, and
US-based Personal Checks. If you pay with a check, we must wait until
the check clears (up to 5 days) before we can send your order out.
No CODs.
WHAT
HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS DECLINED?
If your card is declined, normally the page will immediately tell you.
If for some reason it does not, we will contact you through e-mail or
over the phone. Once we have contacted you, we will wait up to one week
for you to get back to us before we cancel your order.
HOW
DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?
After you have placed your new order, e-mail n8@earthlink.net and include
your new order number and the amount of credit you are using. We will
then refund that amount to your credit card or subtract the amount from
your total if you are sending us a money order.
HOW
DO I USE MY GIFT CERTIFICATE?
After you have placed your new order, e-mail n8@earthlink.net. In the
e-mail, include your full name, your order number, and the gift certificate
number along with the amount.

DO I PLACE AN ORDER USING THE MONEY ORDER OPTION?
Choose the 'money order' option for payment.

WHAT
HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
1. When you place your order, your credit card is immediately
charged
2. If your order went through successfully, and you entered in your correct
e-mail address, you will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail
with your order number. PLEASE KEEP YOUR 12 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER HANDY AS
IT IS THE FIRST THING WE WILL ASK YOU FOR WHEN YOU INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR ORDER
3. Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days.
WHY
IS MY EXACT BILLING ADDRESS NECESSARY?
For security reasons - if we have your exact billing address,
we know it is you, the cardholder, who has placed the order. We do address
checks on each and every order that comes in and we can not send any order
out unless we have the correct billing address. It is also important that
you give us your phone number- the SAME ONE that your credit card company
has listed for you.
DO
YOU HAVE EVERYTHING I'M ORDERING IN STOCK?
In general - yes. When we are sold out of an item, we immediately
sell out the item on the page. In some cases of high order volume, an
item may sellout before we have time to update the page. We will refund
your card for any items not available.
WHAT
HAPPENS WHEN THE ITEM I ORDERED BECOMES SOLD OUT?
One of two things happens and you have the choice in our
shopping cart as to which option you would like:
1. IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE "TRY
TO FILL MY ORDER FOR 2 WEEKS" OPTION: If we have reordered
the item from our distributor, and it is expected to be back in stock
within two weeks, we will hold the rest of the items on your order, and
as soon as the sold out item comes back in, your order will be shipped
to you that same day. You will not be contacted about a delay so keep
in mind that if you choose this option, it may be around 3 weeks before
you receive your order.
2. IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE "SHIP
MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY AND CANCEL ALL OUT OF STOCK ITEMS" OPTION:
We will sell out the item, refund you the money, and ship the rest
of your items immediately. When an item is sold out, it will say so on
your invoice. If it does, this means we have refunded your credit card
for the cost of that item. IF YOU SEE THAT ITEM AVAILABLE ON OUR SITE
AGAIN, YOU MUST PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR IT. Once we have refunded your card
for the sold out item, you no longer have it on order with us.

ORDERED ITEMS THAT WERE AVAILABLE USING THE MONEY ORDER OPTION, BUT WHEN
I RECEIVED MY ORDER SOME OF THE ITEMS WERE SOLD OUT?
We do not hold items for Money Orders. The reason being
most people never send us the money. The quicker you send the money order
the more likely the products you ordered will be in stock. In most cases
all your items will be available. If an item is sold out, we will issue
you a credit that you can use anytime. The next time you order, send us
an e-mail with your new order number and the amount of credit you would
like to use. E-mail n8@earthlink.net.
CAN
I COMBINE ORDERS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?
NO - this causes many delays. so
please make sure you have ordered everything you want before you complete
your order.
RETURN
POLICY
All sales are
final unless there is a manufacturer's defect or there was damage caused
during shipment. You have 14 DAYS upon receipt of your order to file a claim
with us regarding defects, damages, or items shipped in error. Damaged or
defective items may only be exchanged for a replacement of that same item.
We will cover all shipping charges in this case. Please use US mail to ship
items back to us. All returns need a 'Return Authorization.' Please call
to get a Return Authorization. Returns made without prior authorization
will be rejected. In this case, we will not pay for the item to be shipped
back to you. Only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement.
VINYL RETURNS
We do not take back vinyl unless it is broken, or severely defective. We
reserve the right to deny replacement if we determine that the vinyl is
in fact playable. You will then be charged for us to ship it back to you
again.
Warped records CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason.
Many records come with a slight warp due to imperfect presses and distributor
storage. This problem is easy to correct. Just place your thumbs on the
center of the record and bend the record with your fingers, Do this a couple
times whenever you play the record and it should fix itself.
CLOTHING RETURNS
- Unworn clothes that don't fit can be returned within 14 days for a different
size only.
If you have gotten authorization and are returning an item to us,
use US Mail and please include:
1. your order number
2. your full name
3. your address
4. your phone number
5. your e-mail address
6. the reason why you are returning the item
