You must promptly mail us: (PO Box 861920, LA CA 90086 Attention: N.A.V.D.) a copy of the record on cd or vinyl WITH RELEASE INFORMATION INCLUDING PRICE. North American Vinyl Distribution is very select and our standards require professional sounding product in order to move as many of your units as possible. If you want your product and label to get respect, you must adhere to our guidelines. Stores do not want to hassle with unorganized and amateur business practices. We used to have labels call us but there were so many that flaked out or never even got to the final stages of pressing. We decided that if you are serious in what you are doing, you will email us and follow up by sending us a copy.

We have a full release schedule and receive new records everyday so we only work with the one's that are serious. (See client list below) NAVD will promptly reply with an order of your record and PAY you in 60 days of receipt of your shipment to us. You must include an invoice (or an administrative charge of $25 will be deducted from your invoice payment),5-10 promo copies, and a sales sheet with a description of the artist and record and promotion plans for the project. Overseas record labels inquire about our import policies and payment. We have a very credible track record for business. Our shipping policy is fair and equitable. Once we receive your shipment: NAVD will work your record for 8 weeks and sell as many as possible during that time. It is up to you, the label and artists to promote and advertise your record across the continent. We will get the records to the stores but if the DJ's don't know about your record or who you are, they may not even take the 2 seconds to pick your record out of the bin and look at it.
